HEAR YE!  HEAR YE! ALL ALDOVIAN CASTLE RESIDENTS ARE INVITED! 

It’s the first event of the season, the royalty of Aldovia has invited everyone out to the nearby lake for an ice skating adventure. The lake has been cleared of snow and tested for safety, and in following with hundreds of years of tradition, the Aldovian citizens are invited to skate across the glistening ice from 4pm to 9pm. Ice skates, mittens, and hot chocolate will be provided to those who attend. So come join in on the fun and be sure not to fall ( into anyone’s arms )!

dukes are given their royal title and are often part of the royal family. duchesses may be the same situation or they may be the wife of a duke! they would be very high ranking, just under the princes and princesses. 

counts are middle ranking nobility. they’re ancestors would have had land associated with the title, but in modernity it’s likely they just have the title and wealth. they may be very distantly related to the royal family.
