Alberta is done. Corporate Myths is finished. I still have Timberlodge, Caladornia, the Book of Lairs, the Hollow, Florida, Europe, China... but I think it's time for a break. At some point, you stop building a setting and start needing to show people why it matters.

The world didn't just end. It franchised. One of the things I've been exploring in the Hodgepocalypse is what happens when the corporations, mascots, roadside attractions, convenience stores, coffee shops, gas stations, lotteries, and advertising icons survive longer than the civilization that created them. In this version of Canada: A Ukrainian fast-food chain became a network of fortified waystations run by grandmother robots. The lottery still operates centuries after the apocalypse. A coffee-and-donut chain may secretly be a spy network. A gas company's customer support line still answers calls. A dairy cartel controls the cheese trade. A beloved mining mascot might actually be real. The result is a setting where folklore, corporate branding, Canadiana, and post-apocalyptic adventure all blur together. The latest article explores The Companies That Wouldn't Die—some of the strangest corporations still operating in the world of the Hodgepocalypse.

Most people think of the Terrorsaur Badlands as a land of dinosaurs, ranches, terrorsaurs, and windswept coulees. Lethbridge is a reminder that the Hodgepocalypse broke more than the natural world. Here, abandoned bitcoin mines became haunted dungeons. Rogue artificial intelligences lurk beneath the prairie. Glitch Wolves hunt among industrial ruins. Digital ghosts defend forgotten networks. While Brooks mastered cybernetic dinosaurs and Drumheller birthed terrorsaurs, Lethbridge inherited the ghosts of the Information Age. This article also serves as the final entry in my Terrorsaur Badlands regional series. The roads now connect Brooks, Drumheller, and Lethbridge into a complete campaign region of dinosaur ranches, cybercult cities, terrorsaur-infested badlands, and digital hauntings. Around Lethbridge, they fear what might still be online.
