^ if no one is available, i try to calm myself down instead of endulging into it more

300 notes - i start to work on my relationships to make them more healthy

350 notes - i try to eat 3 full meals everyday

400 notes - i throw out my blades

500 notes - i don't try to die for a month (repeatable)

1000 notes - i stop trying to harm myself in any way forever (scratching, biting, hitting, etc)
