You don’t know the real definition of “lost” until you’ve forced your not-so-eager parents to follow you into supposedly short trail in an eerily quiet, gigantic (not to mention foreign) sea of trees famous for being the Suicide Forest.
We were the only ones on the trail, and too many times I’ve walked far ahead just to make sure we were actually following one.Â
For the record, I didn’t see anything out of the ordinary, and if I weren’t so worried about leading my folks to nowhere, I’d honestly take my time.
It’s a calming place. Maybe that only adds to the mystery/horror, but I'd like to present it otherwise.
