but okay basically to me roadtripverse is like the In Between of cap 2 and cap 3 and it kind of ushers in cap 3. like it expositions it for us at the beginning and then the plot whatever that is. i used to play around with the idea of bucky fleeing to austria instead of romania because i think that dr faustus was the OBVIOUS choice for the general cap 3 vibe that the mcu wanted as well as being an incredibly compelling antagonist in the winter soldier's story generally. unfortunately i am not really good at coming up with plots this is why i don't really write fic seriously. i am just so bad at coming up with plots it's insane i don't have the gene man. so i don't really know what happens from there. but this is where my thoughts and loyalties lie cap 3 wise. okay i am realizing now that i am not really answering your question here i am just jacking off to my own fantasies so basicallyyy the point being that i think cap 3 should have been a captain america movie first of all and second of all the plot should have been tighter like catws's was and third of all it should have had faustus as an antagonist with a secondary antagonist too. i would have liked faustus to be a reveal too. like a secret villain. i also do not give a damn about the serpent society i'm sorry cap 3 serpent society loyalists that doesn't really mean a lot to me. could have been cool i would have liked to see rachel and steve be insane at each other but i'm not even really big on the serpent society in the comics so it doesn't matter that much to me. i also love vienna a lot because i have a lot of family there so i would have liked to have seen it as the main location in a movie like this i think it's kind of the perfect city for something like that tbh...! oh i had started writing this at one point and i abandoned it because i hated it so bad but maybe one day i'll manage to get my shit together and make it worth something because i think it could be really fun...!
