robert’s friend steve comes into town. idk steve. hung with him the day i met him and the day after, but everything else about him is what i know from robert.

steve’s visit takes place during my birthday week; a rather touchy time of year for me.

i manage to make plans for my birthday, something i struggle with every year. in consideration for this event, i thought of the experience i wanted to have and considered as many of the details in my control that i could.

i decided to have a bday dinner, but an early one. the rezzy is sunday at 4:30, and includes the 4 aforementioned friends; robert, teddy, grace and silvia.

i informed robert and teddy that the girls have confirmed the time and place. robert asks

“are we counting steve?”

although im ready to cuss and ask why in the FUCK would i invite someone idk to my bday dinner when i explicitly stated when making the plans “i’m having a dinner for MY CLOSEST PPL”, i instead, with a rather suave attitude, explain that although i have nothing against him, and there’s no offense intended, steve ain’t fucking invited my boy.

i have yet to hear a response from robert. and it irks me. cause it’s my fucking bday. your friend, whom i do NOT know, ain’t welcome to my bday dinner bro. i’ve had a ROUGH fucking year so far and i want those who have helped me through the first 6 months of it to be there for me. not someone i just met cause he’s your friend.

that mfr is grown. he can find a way to occupy himself at 4:30 in the fucking afternoon for a few hours.
