Hadn’t done a full day Saturday fast since like the pandemic?? Broke through my plateau and read a book on fasting. Want to keep this number and work down from there.
I feel like longer fasts are easier than shorter fasts? Like I know I’m not eating today so I’m not tempted to break it early but if I’m doing 16 or 18 or 20 I like keep checking to count down when I can finally eat. I might try OMAD this week idk
19 hours into my second long fast of the week and I’m hungrier than on Tuesday. Just made my second pot of tea. I’ve also been feeling sick, think I got a cold. I’ll see if I can push to 22 hours again but I was so hungry when to went to bed. Could my cold be a symptom of like detox?? Idk
Trying for a longer fast today and I only just now get any hunger. I’ve been sipping oolong all morning and keeping hydrated.
I will probably break the fast with dinner and do this again on Thursday for my 5:2 this week.
This month I wanna focus on probiotics: yogurt, kimchi, tempeh, etc. I feel like my Covid diet had a lot of those and I’ve been craving yogurt so I’ll see if that makes an impact. I had kimchi and cucumbers yesterday for breakfast.

Finally broke through my most recent plateau. Probably because I’ve been intentionally eating more veg.
I just read two books on fasting. One was specifically on vegan food but I feel like it was for people who weren’t already vegan and the other was Fast800. I can do 16:8 pretty easily so I’m gonna see if 18:6 works. Fast800 seems harder? 800 cals a day.
I feel like what I did over Covid was essentially a combo of the two but I didn’t track calories, I just had no wheat/sugar and measured my portions for two meals a day and I got to almost my pre-law school weight.
I would love to get there or lower before my bf proposes 🙏🙏
I forgot that oats make my scalp flaky.
I hadn’t had oatmeal daily in like a year but I started missing how filling it was. And now my scalp is flaky again. I just bought a Costco size box of oats…
back in like 2014 or 15 there was a tumblr blog with instructions for creating a 100 day health and fitness challenge notebook and its defunct now but i cant remember the layout. i want to do it again. it worked then, i was down to my lowest, but i cant find my original notebook and i tried it on my own in 2020 and it just wasnt the same...
I got back on Twitter after lent and like idk why I get so much of edtwt on my timeline like it’s so sad and upsetting that they’re just starving and comparing calories all day.
But then they also actually make progress and I don’t so it’s like……….

Got a salad at Cheesecake Factory. The waiter never brought my dressing on the side, just balsamic vinegar. I’m at a plateau and I really wanna break it this month but my bf got mad at me last week for not eating enough. Started a Lenten yoga challenge that I hope will help.
Bf came back and I’ve already gained some back. It’s because I started eating pretzels and nuts and pita and cereal. I know what works though and I’ll go back to that. Fruit and veg for breakfast. Veggies for lunch and dinner. No more snacking on pretzels and cereal and nuts!!!
I made a broccoli Caesar salad yesterday because I want to try every salad in this cookbook I got but my stomach has been making weird noises since???
Besides that, I’ve had nothing but fruits, veggies, and herbal tea for an entire week. Bf gets back tomorrow and we’re getting ramen for dinner. I’m excited.
Lost 11lbs in 2025. Ten was in January and then I spent the rest of the year keeping that off. The last five were probably this week alone.
I’ve moved into Program C for BDDS but that excludes Brussels so I need to finish the bag I have. I will reintroduce them once I hit maintenance.
The real test will be once my bf comes back and we eat dinners together.
I’ve been watching Quarter Ton Teen??? And it’s helped me realize I was never that bad at that age. Like my problems were not that serious.

Came home from Indiana wanting a reset. Sunday I ate all fruit. Today was all veggies. Feeling light, but worried I didn’t eat enough. Yesterday wasn’t enough, I didn’t sleep well. Hopefully the 13k steps and three meals today help.
Tomorrow will be fruit and veggies, then another all fruit day. Starting the new year with an all veggie day. Friday will be fruit and veg. I’ll see what’s left for Saturday. Hoping to keep at least my first meal of the day just fruit and veg bc my boyfriend likes to cook daily and it might not be on the allowed list.
If only I had something to show for not having dessert with everyone else
