Hello everyone

My name is Mohammad Hisham Hijazi, and my wife Rodina and I are from Gaza.

After October 7, our lives turned into a nightmare amid the aggression on Gaza,

We were living safely in our home in Gaza City, but our house was destroyed by bombardment, and we became homeless, living in a tent on the street, without water, electricity, or enough food. We were displaced many times and lost everything and above all. we lost our sense of safety.

My children became ill due to the cold and malnutrition, and their mental health deteriorated because of constant fear and being deprived of school, play, and a normal life. Yasmin no longer smiles as she used to, Hisham trembles whenever he hears an explosion, and little Renad was born in a time of war and has known nothing of life but the tent, the cold, and fear.

My children became sick and their souls were wounded; they were deprived of school and their childhood, and they lost their toys and memories. The days pass heavily, and there is no work and no money to cover even their most basic needs.

Mohammad, 35 years old, is a father to Renad and Yasmin and a husband to Rodina. In a sudden Israeli airstrike on Gaza, he was injured while trying to protect his two daughters in his arms. He survived with them, but completely lost his hearing, and his world was plunged into permanent silence.

Today, Mohammad needs hearing aids, medical equipment, and ongoing treatment to continue his life and care for his family. Supporting him is not just helping one person — it is standing beside a family trying to rebuild their lives after pain.
