I have the lower back of a 62 year old man and the mind of an infant

One of the prettiest moments in winter is when the sun starts to come out again in like february/march but it’s still cold but that doesn’t matter because everything feels light and fresh and you walk outside without freezing because the sunshine is warming your face and everything is starting to wake up

Best advice I’ve had recently is to take everything day by day. Sometimes we think so far in the future, that we get stressed about events that have not even happened yet. Get through today and then think about tomorrow.

You’re not a shitty person just because some people don’t acknowledge you or appreciate your worth. You matter. You are loved. You’re not defined by what other people think of you. Better yet, why define yourself at all? A definition has limits and boundaries. Seek only to grow, expand, evolve, and change. The right people will persist in your life or appear in due time. Love yourself; focus on yourself; take care of yourself; radiate love, goodness, and kindness; seek knowledge; express gratitude daily; pursue the things that tug at your soul. All else will follow. You’ll be alright. Keep your head up.
