Daily Regimen ~ 2021
I am embracing a new lifestyle and want to see changes in myself so I’ve developed a daily regimen. It’ll all be typed out so I don’t have an excuse to miss a step.
1 | Eat fruit first thing after I wake up. Anything else causes pain to my stomach.
2 | Tidy up my space to prevent it from ever getting out of control.
3 | Lay my mat down and do morning stretches.
4 | Minimal skincare at the start of the day. Wash, mild serum, moisturuze.
5 | Feed my brain. Read, read, read. Study subjects I’m lacking knowledge of, research, keep up with current events and educate myself. Learn something new everyday and document what I’ve learned.
6 | Complete 1 or 2 workouts. If I am unable to workout at all, I either go for a walk or simply stretch.
7 | Prepare clean meals. No more junk. I can occasionally have an indulgent snack but everything (including daily snacks) has to be consciously consumed. Incorporate more leafy greens and get out of my comfort zone when it comes to eating vegetables. Eat what’s in season!
8 | Develop productive social skills and expand my vocabulary. I often write my own essays. I found that I enjoy them more since being out of school. I don’t do this daily but it’s great practice to learn how to speak your mind and find the right words.
9 | Oil this d*** SCALP! I have dry skin and it needs attention. Moisturize my dry ass hair! Oil and massage my boobs.
10 | Apply black castor oil to my brows, lashes, and hairline. We getting extra pretty.
11 | Groom and strengthen my nails.
12 | Stick to one skincare routine for a month. Right now I am using Niacinamide. I normally switch between that and retinol, vitamin c, or glycolic acid.
13 | Practice the bass for 20 minutes.
14 | Set time aside throughtout the day to job hunt. I have been applying online but when it’s safe, I need to start applying in person.
This is light work.
And of course I practice cleanliness and good hygiene, duh. That’s a normal routine so I didn’t list it.

I recently started journaling and for some reason I feel a lot less anxious and I get things done?
Taking a few minutes out of your day to journal is a great mindfulness practice that helps you focus your thoughts, reduce stress, and help you achieve your goals! Not many people do it because it looks like you are wasting your time but it saves so much time and makes your life so much better! I recommend all my followers to buy a journal and keep up the practice for at least a week. You will notice a positive change in your life. Guaranteed!
