Sometimes I get unwell or stressed and then I turn to my old coping mechanisms of self sabotaging behaviour and then I get really weird and detached and then I forget how to act and do and say dumb shit to feel anything and to stop myself from killing myself and I can see how its going to play out and I still do it anyway because Its the only thing that stops me from killing myself. So I get it, I'm weird and fucked up and incredibly self aware but I still have feelings and it still hurts, sometimes twice, watching myself fuckup and watching everyone give up and walk away.

its easier to just shut the fuck up and let people think whatever dumb thoughts they want then explain myself.
