Im so sorry about all the times i treated you badly. You were so perfect for me. You could handle anything i put you through.  I wish i had been more careful, and told you more how much i loved you. It hurts me to think that you’re all alone out there in the world, cold and sad and alone. Im so sorry that i lost you. I hope you’re okay out there. 

Stop being concerned with the way you look. Go a day without brushing your hair or putting on makeup. Take one thing out of your beauty routine. Throw away your mirror. Stop listening to the media. Enjoy your day without worrying how others are seeing you. You’ll enjoy everything else more. See how much happier you are?
