A halo of honey wrapped around her head

And she always used to give me some when I was a kid

wear what you want to, dress for yourself, wear a dress everyday or wear sweat pants or a tank top or the hugest comfiest sweater you can find, do it for you!

spend more time in the outdoors

create, write! sing! learn an instrument! draw, even if you’re terrible at it, especially if you’re terrible at it! take pictures of everything you see!

stop trying to please that person who you’re in a toxic relationship with, it’s not doing you any good

love yourself, write motivational post its, look at yourself in the mirror and think about your favourite features, be proud of your accomplishments

buy a little plant friend, or a fishy

take care of yourself, you don’t need to start going to the gym 10 times a week, start with walks everyday, run every few days, eat a balanced diet, drink lots of water

keep your room and your workspace clean, reorganize it and throw out all of the junk that’s accumulated over the years

take time to do nothing once and a while, stare at a cool cloud, take bath, listen to an hour long playlist
