my everyday protein packed smoothie: banana, walnuts, almonds, frozen blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, 2 scoops of peanut butter, 1/4 cup super yogurt with EPA & DHA omega 3s, a scoop of protein & greens that has 20gs of protein! it's super important to be getting lots of protein, omega 3s, and calcium during pregnancy- atleast 100gs/day for twins if not more (recommended up to 170!) to help ensure optimal birth weight and longer gestation. I've gained almost 30lbs with this pregnancy already at only at 21 weeks, and ya know what? I've never felt better! sure, if I wasn't so limited as to how much exercise I could handle I could be more tone and the pounds wouldn't pack on as quickly from all the protein (did I mention not climbing is killing me?!). but all I care about at this point is giving my babies the best chance at being healthy! #21weeks #pregnancy #twinpregnancy #twinning #healthy
