This is a very easy and versatile dish to make. You just have to be willing to assemble the Avengers. Or, the A-veggies! ;) Healthy on the bottom, heart attack on the top! I took 5 different kinds of green leaves (lettuce, kale, spinach, etc - it’s all optional as long as it’s GREEN LEAF, like Legolas), red onion (can be yellow or sweet if you prefer), shredded carrot, diced green pepper, quartered cucumber, and - aw, darn it. I forgot to add the sliced cherry tomatoes before taking this picture. Oops. 😂 But that’s it for the vegetables! (And again, you can totally add or subtract from your veggie list! Except the green leaves. KEEP THE GREEN LEAVES. Orlando Bloom hasn’t aged in 20 years, y’all.) Then I baked seasoned French fries (you can use plain, wedge style, and waffle style - heck, throw Arby’s curly fries on there for all I care!) and cooked up beef strips (use chicken if cows are too cute for you. Chick-fil-a would be proud of you - and again, idc if you cook meat from scratch or from a refrigerated bag - just make sure they’re meat STRIPS :) . Then as soon as the fries and meat were hot and ready, I seasoned the salad with cheese (I prefer cheddar) and THEN added the hot stuff. YUM AND VOILA. But!!! Of course...if you wanna kick it up a notch unhealth-ier ... add salad dressing of your choice on the very top. Trust me, it’s worth it. ;) Eat on a large plate, and use a fork and napkin - we’re in a civilized society, for goodness sakes. (Or, don’t. I’m not your mom.) Enjoy 😁 https://www.instagram.com/p/CK91LuFgeCBt7G22dtEZdRgeSUk2kAiA0tSf8U0/?igshid=641gdfhwcjhx
