this is a very personal post, but my mental health hasn't been at its best these past few days. In particular, three nights ago I felt really bad during and after a panic attack. Today, thanks to DDT, I've started to really "breathe" again and I feel much better. I can't thank wrestling enough for helping me calm down when my mind is all over the place.
