How to Build a Heart out of Ashes

I don’t know how many of you are still active or following this blog, but I wanted to announce that, thanks to many of your suggestions and encouragements, I am working on turning Ashes into an original Young Adult Novel.

It’s not a quick process because I’m doing a whole lot more than just changing names and polishing. There’s a lot of rewriting going into it in an effort to better the work, undo some direct canon references, and flesh out some new original characters--including my leading duo, Ulric Grimshaw and Will Basra.

I'd be totally willing to do that! Well I'm always willing to answer any questions people have about the verse or story. I have just finished a 34k Merlin fic in this first that will go up in a couple weeks (my beta is in exams). There are two more Merlin fics planned, and I'm tossing around the idea of a Shameless one. I'd also love to work with people who wanted to use this verse for other fandoms or write their own stories. Someone asked about doing a sort of "guide" with all the general changelingverse stuff compiled and I really like that idea.

Well I don't think I can help the fact that I'll be less active. But I have been on my fandom blog again (Arthusaur) so I'll be there, and this is a sub blog there so I can see any messages and will definitely be around to answer them and any questions :]
