You're funny when you're drunk, you know that?" They often had fun, and when they didn't have fun they were at least drunk enough not to care. He reached out to the other to try pulling him close.

"At least some of the worst ones are gone," he commented with a sigh. The Bowers Gang had been horrible to all of them and their violence had only increased the more active IT had been. Especially for their leader who had ended up at Juniper Hill according to Mike. The fact that he was still alive while all of this was happening was honestly a little worrying. The facility really wasn't all that far away and the last cycle it hadn't taken much influence from IT to have him killing his friends and his father. There was no part of him that hadn't considered Henry Bowers a very real potential threat while they were here.

Finn's stomach dropped. Oh. He'd never dealt with something imitating people he'd known before. Normally, things weren't strong enough or creative enough to do that; they could be taken at face value and dealt with accordingly. He wouldn't call the thought scary, but it did make his skin crawl at all the new possibilities presented before him. Maybe he could look up some kind of warding for phones when they visited Mike.
