I don't always get videos of my subjects, because it means keeping the phone out for longer periods of time and taking on a little bit more risk - but when I do, it's worth the extra effort. Zurich, 2025.

Double feature on the beach in Florida, 2023. These two guys didn't know each other, but both were smoking cigars only a few feet apart.

Outside the airport terminal in Geneva, 2011. This was at about seven o'clock in the morning - I wasn't sure if this well-dressed subject had just gotten off a transatlantic flight and fired up, or if he had an early-morning flight somewhere in Europe and was indulging beforehand. Either way, a very nice early morning sighting.

At a resort in the Bahamas, 2022 - this guy was a real tease. Took out a cigar, clipped it, put it in his mouth for a few minutes, and then finally - when the anticipation of seeing him fire up was about to kill me - his family came over and he put it back in the humidor for later. Agony!
