Some of Eirnin's Big Choices during his Veilguard run so spoilers ahead, that I'll later upload onto his doc under his Dragon Age verse information:
- He challenged Varric's plan to talk to Solas. He didn't think an ancient Elvan God was just suddenly going to listen. He was right.
- He brought Harding with him to disrupt the ritual
- He thought Harding's magic was dangerous at first, either to herself or others, but he came around as she got better with it in time. He learned that while he didn't trust the voices exactly, he Did trust Harding
- He prioritized Treviso, with the idea that the Archon's Palace would be able to better defend itself against the dragon. Later he found out how wrong he'd be. His biggest regret came hearing Neve lost her apartment
- He encouraged Harding to remember her compassion with the Titan's rage. I like to think around this time he would've apologized for displaying any doubt of her. He thinks of her like a sister and was honored to be a part of her story
- He supported Neve in doing whatever it takes to ensure Dock Town's safety. There's really nobody else he'd trust in running the Threads, and trusts her judgement behind any call she makes
- He thinks Illario should be dead for what he did to his family and city, but he settled for jail instead. And the fact the Crows will never let him live it down if he ever gets out
- He opted for the Griffons to become shepherds for Arlathan Forest with Davrin leading them. After everything that happened with the Wardens, he figured the Griffons were entitled to a new start doing something they enjoyed
- He convinced Bellara the Nadas Dirthalan should be safely archived, with the belief that a new, better future, shouldn't be built off old suffering
- He romanced Bellara :) I like to think he finds reasons to bother her in her workshop just for them to end up kind of parallel playing. Eirnin's not great with words, but he likes to spend time together and Bell's got more than enough words for both of them lmao. Their interests intersect with studying different kinds and effects with magic. He likes showing her Mourn Watch stuff and hearing about Veil Jumpers stuff. She's all over the place while he's more grounded and I like that dynamic. I feel like she thinks he's the cool one but really he thinks she's the Coolest™
- He convinced Emmerich to revive Manfred over pursuing Lichdom. Not only did he think Manfred deserved the next chance at life, but he knows Emmerich would miss him. And frankly, he'd miss him too. He'd like to think the rest of the team feels the same
- He felt Taash should embrace their Rivani culture, opting they wear their mother's horn as a necklace, as a new start to a new life ahead of them. He also sees Taash like family, in the sense of a cool older sibling you want to be like
- He chose Harding to lead the distraction, and was Devastated to lose her :((((
- He picked Bellara to disable the wards and later got kidnapped and blighted. Had it not been the fact he got thrown in that fade prison and the world needed saving, he would've had a breakdown over it. Neve's listening in on his feelings was what kept him grounded until he managed to see Bell again. He thought he got her killed
- Even though he Really wanted to fight Solas, he opted to call Mythal instead, following Emmerich's advice, and the fact that, even as angry as she was at him, and even though she warned Varric against it as well, Eirnin felt it was something Harding would've wanted. And if that didn't work he Would've fought him
