Nice day. A tad bit cold but finished packing all but refrigerator stuff. Taking 1-2 more loads to campsite tomorrow then out of Eastwood in Provincetown for the season. Quick easy supper. Gf fish sticks with cocktail sauce & last of my homo made gf fried ravioli some spinach and feta other parmigiana, mozzarella dried mushrooms other pesto with precooked shreds of chicken breast meat + marinara. Yummo. Bon appetite, yinz!

My evening dessert with beaker of hot Earl Grey tea & lemon no sugar is a layered mandarin orange yellow cake with pulp in orange juice being used as the liquid and orange zest on top of a double chocolate raisin, chopped walnut and chocolate chip brownie used gf mixes. Yummo. Especially with the readi-whip. Bon appetite, yinz!

Been saving half pound amounts of ground meat: turkey, beef, lamb, goat & pork mixed with 4 TBS sour cream, dried minced onion, 1/3 cup celery cuts, a medium egg, 1/4 whole oats 3TBS cornstarch and 1/2 tsp crystal bulion + a half cup no added salt bone in beef broth from oxtail & neck bones. Used same bone bun broth cooking frozen mixed vegetables added cornstarch in a bit of cold broth from fridge along with half a huge Yukon gold baked potato. Seasoned at table with sriracha. Yummo. Bon appetite & the orange cake with brownie with raisins, finely chopped walnuts and choc chips…

FYI, since I’m leaving winter housing at Eastwood in Provincetown to go live & work as an arts/craft instructor at a local campground I’m pulling premade ziplocks for meals, 1 to free up time for packing and tidying and 2 for conscience as all that packing and tidying wears a guy out. So after doing some manual labor at the campsite I walked to 324 Bradford, Eastwood, and heated up the last helping of a casserole dark ground turkey meat at bottom of glass casserole dish, prepackaged gf stuffing/dressing mix, use no added salt to broth from a double turkey breast which I layered next with peas then topped using my own gf cornbread recipe made half the usual amount then poured turkey gravy with a touch of caraway powder, garlic powder & a dash of turmeric plus sour cream. Still tasty. Bon appetite, yinz!

Bonjour ce dimanche. Mon petit déjeuner: beef hash, 3 sunny side up eggs and a trice sliced homo baked bun as buttered toast.

Mixed 5 rounded tsp of instant oats in with 3 lbs ground lean beef, with 1/4 cup of each diced portobello mushrooms, celery & sweet yellow bell pepper. A 1/3 cup whole milk and 3 tbs sour cream & seasoned with garlic powder and beef bullion crystals let set in fridge 30 minutes with oats covers by milk. Mixed made 3 large burgers topped with yellow colored sharp cheddar. Boiled half a bag of gf rotelli pasta boil till aldente. Drain mix 3/4 cup whole milk, 3 TBS cornstarch, 1/4 inch cubes of yellow sharp cheddar with 1/3 cup aged white cheddar and 1/4 cup sour cream. In a pot steamed two stalks of bok choi with some medium portobello slices that I separated and rinsed in 1/3 cup no added salt bone in beef broth. Put the pasta mixed with milk, sour cream mix in a square baking pan placed still somewhat firm bok choi on the side and three burgers around poured remaining broth the bok choi steamed in and baked 20 minutes in a 325 oven uncovered.

Took another uncooked pork chop and breaded it in the mix of equal parts oat, brown rice & chick pea flours with garlic powder, basil & a dash turmeric then egg then a second time in the flour mix pan fried in EVO with leftover baked asparagus & petite carrots in EVO & garlic powder then splash of balsamic vinegar with a tin of mixed vegetables in Garlic Italian dressing. Yummo. Bon appetite, yinz! Iced coffee as beverage and gluten free brownie w/walnuts & raisins topped mandarin orange in yellow cake mix with pulp in orange juice in place of the 1/2 cup water and a medium egg. With readi-whip.
