hi hello yes i haven’t been on tumblr in YEARS here’s a few updates:

i graduated college 

i still do music 

i’m obsessed with SVU now 

sorry but like 

does anyone else feel completely unimpressed by the music??

these “original” songs sound nothing but, with most songs literally following every formula of every mainstream pop song...

for a story about originality, creativity, and thinking outside the box, this movie’s music is just underwhelming, unimpressive, predictable, and honestly, disappointing.

When I was sitting in the theatre I could literally hear other songs within the songs from the movie, including “despacito” which is just...sad... (and I’m not the only one! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=12VUvAxR3hQ)

basically im in a long distance open relationship type thing with this guy in israel who i am head over heels for, and im thinking about going to israel to visit him for spring break 

now the thing is the cheapest reasonable (connection time) flight is about 800$. my parents agreed to help with $300, and so i’d have to pay the $500.

he wants to split that 500 with me so we both pay $250. 

the other thing is that it’s only for a week...

AND im going to be in israel the entire summer basically, starting around june. so like my mom doesn’t think it’s worth it to go for a week. 

but i reeeeeally really want to, i miss him so much 😭😭😭😭😭

if you need more context, we got together for the first time on new years eve when he was working in the states, and we’ve talked every day since. he left on january 10 so we hung out like 3 days (the full 24 hrs) before he left, and ever since he landed in israel we’ve talked every day, so about 2 months. we video chat whenever we can (time difference, school, work get in the way, so mostly weekends) for hours on end, and we just really want to be with each other. he’s willing to help pay because he sees it as an investment both of us should be making, not just me, and he is so invested in me and in spending time with me, even if just for a week, that he’s willing to put that money in.
