physical therapy is going fine
#afternoon reblog#one of the physical therapy things you 🫵 can do at home is get a bouncy ball with a tiny bit of give and roll your palm on it at a desk#especially the meaty part that controls your thumb. if you type on a phone regularly there's likely tension there#also gua sha is pretty effective on your forearms. I would recommend looking up some videos on it for proper technique though#your forearm muscles are apparently not supposed to feel gritty.............
