#afternoon reblog #one of the physical therapy things you 🫵 can do at home is get a bouncy ball with a tiny bit of give and roll your palm on it at a desk #especially the meaty part that controls your thumb. if you type on a phone regularly there's likely tension there #also gua sha is pretty effective on your forearms. I would recommend looking up some videos on it for proper technique though #your forearm muscles are apparently not supposed to feel gritty.............

#ttgtpmb #harboretum comics #they have this machine there that is apparently a weaker version of the type of machine that's used to break up kidney stones #and the OT uses it to zap my hand and wrist tendons in order to cause inflammation on purpose to improve blood circulation #and they're not kidding that machine really can inflame all my hand and wrist tendons #it's great fun (hurts really bad)#they do other stuff too but that one is one of the main treatments. granted it does help so I would prefer to do it but wow!#anyway hope you're well

#artists on tumblr #the concern #sammy salvere #sammy's an NPC in my campaign who had been secretly bearing a grudge against the aristocratic family that employs the players #because their mom would've been the rightful heir to the estate but she was illegitimate and couldn't prove she was related to the family #who ruined her grandmother's reputation and denied her mom's existence to keep up appearances #so after their mom died in poverty Sammy skipped town to avoid foster care and lied about their age and set on a mission to kill grandpa #only to find out he was already dead when they got there #and had been just kinda freeloading off of the family as a ''family friend'' since while trying to figure out their next move #there is way more detail about sammy but I don't want to add a million tags #the flowers behind them mean painful recollections and revenge tho lol
