teddy’s eyes gleamed as they looked out the window. the emergency announcement playing in the background thought teddy paid it no mind. they were practically jumping up and down at the thought of going outside. papa was hesitant about it at first but what was a snow day or two. the jacket hung off their shoulder as they ran outside practically screaming once they were outside. “snow!!” teddy was quick to smile at the person that they had almost ran into.
pat was elated- snow in the middle of july? it was amazing! he bolted outside once he got wrapped up into his scarf and jacket. once he got outside though, a small ball of energy almost knocked him off his feet. they seemed to share his enthusiasm about the sudden snowfall, though. “snow!” he replied, grinning from ear to ear. “wanna make a snowman?”
