I've only had it for a week or so.
I was very careful to work my way up to a 10 min tolerance with the hope of eventually being able to do 20 minutes straight. Right now I'm doing 2 10 minute sessions a day - one in the AM and one in the afternoon / evening.
I'm also slowly increasing the exposure of the levels of vibration I'm experiencing.
So far I've found it to help decrease post-workout soreness & some mental health / calming effects. I'm hoping to see some additional benefits in lymphatic drainage AND eventually hoping to do some basic exercises ON it - right now I'm still just standing. I've heard you have to be really careful / baby step your way into using it because it's easy to go overboard too quickly.
Everyone has enjoyed it (we've only let the boys do a few minutes at a time at the lowest setting) and it's easy to do while watching TV in the evenings as well to unwind a bit. But so far I've been doing it without my phone or anything in front of me - I've been really trying to lean into using it to decompress from the day or wake myself up in a positive way by getting fluids in my body moving *literally*.
I'll keep people posted but it's been really really positive so far.

Has anyone "upgraded" their wedding ring / stone?
Can anyone share their experience if you have? For our 10 year anniversary Jake surprised me yesterday by telling me that on our next shared day off (Federal Holiday) that he'd like to take me to get mine upgraded.
I'm super excited but started doing some research and am a little overwhelmed. Apparently there are lots of ways to do such a thing - ala replacing the main stone with a larger stone, adding a "band enhancer" etc.
Anyway! He wanted to surprise me but I wear my ring all the time unless I'm in the shower or asleep and he knew if he stole it during one of those times I'd panic and tear the house apart looking for it. 😂😅 He's like "Plus now you can pick something you want..." which has always been his style - I picked 3 engagement rings and he chose from there which to propose with.
Just looking for any experiences / thoughts....

My oldest is a sweet sweet seven…
And I just keep trying to protect that - while simultaneously knowing it’s not going to last forever and also wondering how much longer I’ll have with this version of him. 😭🫠 And I’m distraught.
Ex: tucking him in tonight he realizes he doesn’t have his lovey and he says “My lovey my lovey! I can’t sleep without him!” - which for reference is a Warmie sloth that he loves and it’s one of the few stuffies he’s actually ever attached to.
And yall 😭 I just wanna bottle that innocence forever and keep it.
He got a Pluto hat at Disney on our trip - I told the boys I’d buy them one pair of whatever ears they wanted and Calvin had been saying he wanted a Pluto hat (the one with the ears) since before we left and Pluto surprised him at the Garden Grill meal by signing both his autograph book AND asking if Calvin wanted him to sign the bill of his hat. And you guys… the look on Calvin’s face when he asked that was one I will never forget. Since the trip that hat has become super special to him and he’s been wearing it to summer camp daily.
Until about a week ago a kid that he knows *took the hat OFF HIS HEAD* threw it on the ground, stomped on it and said it was a stupid hat.
And like…. I know it can’t last forever, I know that. But can we just wait a little longer before we experience the meanness? I don’t want the meanness to take away my sweet boy.
He got in the car that day and quietly said he didn’t want to wear his hat anymore. It took awhile for the details of why to come out. Both Jake and I talked to him about it and today we were about to leave and he ran to get it because a different friend had asked him why he’d stopped wearing it and told him he liked it and thought it was cool so he wanted to wear it again. 😭🥰
I think I’m just feeling the growing pains of him getting ready to go into SECOND?! Grade and that just somehow feels really old.
