Lately I've been surrounding my life, goals, and actions around passionate and positive people. Let me tell you... I'm starting to see so many little blessings in my life. So many more things are opening up, my motivation is lifting, my passion is growing, my mind is getting creative again. My spark is back. I don't remember when I lost it. But you probably noticed when I left for a bit. Well, I'm making huge decisions and learning more and more about the world and about the industry I want to be in and the people I want to surround myself with. I've met quite a few people and I'm starting to figure out what people mean by the term "fake". You just gotta trust the process. Life is proven to be scary. Change is. But change is what makes the world keep moving. If we stay comfortable and complacent, we would never reach our true goals and dreams because those take HARD work and dedication. Chase after it. Whatever it is you wanna do. You'll have a backup plan, you always will. Just take the chance. Risk it. You're young, what do you have to lose? You never know until you try, right? Why hold back when it could be the one thing that'll change your life forever? What if you stop RIGHT before you get the gold? Chase it. You'll regret it more later if you never tried at all, wishing you tried and always wondering "If I had kept going, would I actually have made it?" No regrets. It's all about the commitment. The passion. The wit. The drive. The consistency. The dedication. I'm willing to admit I've been doing it all wrong. But that doesn't mean it's too late. I have all of these things, I've just been taking a path of one too many passions. I've lost myself in the mass of my aspirations. And I'm changing that. Right now. There's no better time to start than now. Why wait for someday when someday can be today? I went on a trip recently, checked out a couple places, had some fun. Because I'm moving in less than a month to pursue my dreams. And let me tell you, it's scary. Leaving friends, family, familiarity. I'm changing my platforms, and even starting fresh on a few, to really get a grasp on what I genuinely want to make. It's scary because it's a sense of "complacency" that I'm letting go of. Although I haven't gone far yet, and am comfortable in my platforms, I know they aren't everything they need to be to get me to where I wanna go. I'm TOO comfortable. So I'm changing that. Never be afraid of change to the point where you don't want it to happen. Embrace change, even with every little fear and discrepancy and second thought. Change will NEVER be comfortable. Push through your fears. Just be yourself. Nobody does it better than you. And remember... Every second that you aren't working, somebody else is.
