There were so many smoothies. It was a tough time for our blender. It was okay, but you’ve gotta have, like, more than just that. It’s not like other fruits where it’s fine on its own. The flavor’s too mild for that.

But smoothies are great. Did you have several each day? Since your blender went to a tough time. Oh, okay. Like .. can I put banana with it? Do you have any suggestions?

That sounds like a good plan. Just…don’t let him catch it on fire, okay?

We'll be using a blender. I don't think he'll be able to set a blender on fire.

Any reason why? No, I haven’t. I was going to wait and see if you wated something first. So we could eat together.

I think it was because I was going to buy some fruit and berries for a smoothie and then I saw the figs and I started to think about it on my way home. Oh, that's very nice. I'd love that. You pick and I can help you make it? .. or you know, set the table or something.

My mom hopped on this weird “health food” kick for, like, a few months once. So yes, I’ve tried it. 

Ah, and fig smoothie was on the menu then? That's cool. But it really did taste good?

You seemed like you were concentrating pretty hard. I just asked if you wanted dinner.

Oh. Yeah, I was, I've been thinking about it for a few days actually. But yes, I'd love some! Have you eaten?
