I want to change my url to something more creative but I can’t think of anything, help ;;

I’m glad to hear I’m not the only one who doesn’t like it tbh. I don’t really want to full out go on a rant about it bc I know that there are a lot of people who do like the ship and I don’t want to ruin their fun or try and tell them what they should or should not ship but maybe if I can figure out a way to write a nice comprehensive list that doesn’t come off as condescending or preachy or anything I will do that and of course tag it appropriately as such. But yeah Brion and Violet as a ship are just :/ not for me 

I just want it to be known that my portrayal atm will NOT include Violet having romantic feelings for Brion. I am very much open to them being really good friends though and honestly I really like the idea that they are so important to each other as friends but I just??? I’m sorry but I don’t really feel comfortable with that ship. I have my own reasons for that and you may ask me if you want to but I ask that you please respect this preference. It might change in the future with the arrival of the second half of season 3 but as it stands now, that ship is going to be one sided at best. 

Hi can we talk about how they made Violet take her Hijab off in front of Vic? A boy? Who is not her family or related to her in any way shape or form? Do these white ass male writers even know what Hijab is? Hijab isn’t just some piece of cloth you wrap around your head as a fashion statement, you pair of wet socks. How fucking dare you include a hijabi character but not do any research on what hijab is or what it means?

Training was something Dick had them do a lot in the free time. It made sense. Both of them were equally as new to their powers and if they intended on being good enough to be real superheroes, training was a must. It was tiring though, physically draining for Halo despite her body being able to heal itself. Violet landed next to Brion, a proud smile on her face as she looked down at her closed fists. “I think I’m getting better at switching between colors faster. Still not perfect but...I can feel improvement.” She looked up to her teammate, a more encouraging smile on her face now. “You are improving too!”

Violet watched as the older hero had demonstrated her abilities, her eyes lighting up in awe at how graceful she was flying through the air and how poised she was as she maneuvered her abilities around the training dummies. Violet couldn’t help but wonder if she herself looked like that while she used her own abilities or if it was more obvious that she was more or less fairly new to this superhero thing. "You have the same power as me!” Halo gave an ecstatic smile to the older hero before looking down, slightly embarrassed that she hadn’t even introduced herself yet. “I mean! Uh...I’m Violet! But my superhero name is Halo. But I’m Violet when I’m with my friends. It’s nice to meet you!”

While Halo has the power to self-heal and bring herself back to life after being killed, this doesn’t stop her from feeling the immense pain being murdered would bring every time it happens. The process of dying and coming back is very taxing and traumatic for her and she has developed PTSD from it.
