Sonia had a very wide palette / can eat pretty much anything, some of the fancy foods she's used to are such wild flavour combinations that it's hard to overwhelm her

Akane obviously can and will eat anything

Kazuichi is kind of picky, but like he'll eat it, but he'll complain the whole time

Kaz also decimates his food fsr if he's distracted. Tears everything into pieces.

Kaz also also gets distracted until the food is cold / everyone is finished, then remembers the food and eats everything really fast

Wait that's not even the question is it

Sonia isn't a huge fan of creamy food or sauces

Fuyuhiko likes simple and traditional flavors the best, but will inhale a fast food burger as well.

Fuyuhiko skips the onions on everything (blasphemer that's literally the best part)

Kazuichi drowns things in ketchup it's gross

Sonia prefers mustard over ketchup

Hajime doesn't like mayonnaise OR butter. Sick man takes his sandwiches dry (or with some other sauce if it's there)

This infuriates everyone

Fuyuhiko is really good at picking out fish bones (he hates them).

Akane is also great at picking out fish bones but with her mouth, fishes (hehe) them out with no shame

Kaz doesn't like veggies much

Akane's favourite kind of food is stuff that's been cooking for a long time with a lot of different flavors

Hajime tends to be mostly indifferent to food (or he sees pros and cons in everything) but when he has opinions he sure has them.

Kaz and Akane both love messy finger food like ribs. Fuyuhiko and Hajime are not huge fans. Sonia starts out with enthusiasm but wipes her hands off practically between bites.

Despite her usual diet, Sonia also has a great appreciation for very simple foods. The simpler the better. Give her r a w m e a t (me too girlie!!! I LOVE sashimi and beef tartare)

You'd think Kaz uses those teeth for rending and tearing, but no. He cuts his food with a knife (badly if the knife sucks!) and doesnt like foods that are hard to eat anyway.

Actually, his teeth are sensitive. THATS WHAT YOU GET FOR FILING THEM DOWN SILLY. He even drinks his soda at room temp. Likes ice cream but it hurts his teeth.

Akane knows, and uses, edible plants. You'd be walking with her in a middle of a conversation and she just bends down, picks something, eats it, no pause. If you ask she's like "oh did you want some?"

Left to their devices: Akane snacks the whole day and also has 4 meals (given that she has the money), Sonia has three meals with 'refreshments' in the afternoon and evening, Fuyuhiko eats twice a day give or take and it depends on the day whether he skips lunch or dinner (but he always eats breakfast, he gets hangry otherwise), Hajime tries to eat at least two whole meals but often ends up running around and messing up his schedule so he often ends up eating or snacking really late at night, and Kaz eats when he remembers to (varies wildly) and joins Hajime for midnight snacks

Akane CLEANS. HER. PLATE. Every time. Noo food waste. (Me too! People have commented on it)

Oh my god that is still not the question

Fuyuhiko avoids lactose obviously and likes traditional flavours and sweets

Kazuichi avoids temperature and overly fancy stuff, likes fast food and home cooking

Sonia avoids a lot of salt or super processed food, likes extreme spice (but cant take it) and quality ingredients

Akane likes food, period. Avoids nothing. Appreciates everything. Happy to be eating at all.
