i want to apologize for the lack of updates on tumblr! i've been mostly managing everything on twitter, and this tumblr even locked me out for a while so i had no way to access it.
THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW
we still have a couple of prompts that need to be assigned, so we have opened up creator sign ups again. the link to the creator signups is here & the link to the twitter post is here. we hope to have most, if not all, prompts completed before june 1st.
as far as a second batch for this event, it's still up in the air. it really depends on when this wave gets completed and i can get more people to help out mod-wise.
which leads me into something i want to talk about. if you're just here for the event information and don't want to read the next part, you can ignore it.
this whole event has mostly been run by one person, me. the mod team helps when they can but we're all pretty busy. hence why, if i cannot find people to help out, the second batch will not be happening unless i transfer ownership. i know this whole event has been a bit messy, it's my first time running something like this, especially by myself. i'm a college student and for the past few months, i've been dealing with a death in my family. leaving scathing asks belittling me when i'm doing this to raise money for the people in gaza isn't something i will ever get behind and i will just delete those asks. you can be constructive without being a jerk about it. all i'm asking is to have a bit of empathy and sympathy and please be kind. thank you.
