You smile. "Hmm?"

He mumbles something you don't catch and cuddles into his arms. It draws you closer, your eyes tracing the moles on his cheek as you kiss his arm. You consider kissing them too before becoming totally distracted by how pretty he is, wholly taken by him and the way the sun he'd gotten a few days ago seems to glow from under his skin. Vibrant and charming despite that fact that he's asleep—

"Noona?"

You gasp as you realize he's awake and watching you in sleepy amusement. He laughs softly as you quickly pull away and attempt to re-focus on finishing an email, your cheeks hot and body on edge over the fact that you'd been caught.

"What were you doing, hmm?" The teasing tone in his voice only makes it worse. "Admiring me?"

"…yeah…"

He hums in response, streching and rubbing his eyes before propping his arm on the table and resting his jaw as in his hands. "Oh," he offers you a handsome smile when you look over at him. "Now I feel shy."

"You?"

"Finding out my girl is admiring me? I can't help it."

"Silly."

"I thought you'd kiss me."

"Yeah?"

"Yeah. I was hoping you would, actually. It's been so long I'm about to end up on life support."

"I literally kissed you when your brought me lunch."

"Five hours ago? You're sick. Cruel, even. What did I do to you, huh?" He leans closer to you, resting his chin on your bicep. "To deserve this, huh? I sat here patiently all day."

You don't call him out on what you both know is a lie. He spent the morning playing video games before making lunch and passing out on the couch. He'd even woken up grumpy and irritable before eating all of the pretzels you'd poured for yourself and falling asleep next to you at the kitchen table halfway through your meeting.

"And you're denying me kisses? Trying to kill me, actually."

You hit send on your last email and have to resist the urge to laugh over him perking up when you close your laptop. "Ok, well. Mr. Life Support-"

He reaches over and traces the shell of your ear, leaving you gasping in surprise. He takes advantage of it, taking your face in his hands and pressing a soft kiss to your lips. "I know," he tells you. "You wanna go for a walk, right?"

You laugh, attempting to pull away, but he keeps you close and kisses you again.

"And get a little treat before dinner." He kisses your cheek before getting up and kissing your forehead.

"Are you making fun of me?"

"No, baby." He offers you his hand and helps you up. "If my girl is in to puppy play" —he laughs, ducking away when you attempt to whack him on the way to the front door— "then I'm in to it, too."

"You're soooo funny, Haechan."

"A walk and a little treat?" He teases as you all put on your shoes. "I love it. Favorite part of my day."

"I'm going to make you sleep on the couch."

"Not even the guest room?"

"No!"

"Damn." He puts your purse on his shoulder before picking up his keys and wallet. "Don't be like that, baby. I'll buy you three treats, ok? Two bobas and some cake."

"And?"

You take his hand as you all leave the apartment. He laces his fingers through yours in response, humming thoughtfully as you wait for the elevator. It dings in arrival just as he looks over at you.

"I'll make [your favorite] for dinner. And wash your hair for you, too."

"Deal."
