will’s love for mike wasn’t reduced to a crush, Will reduced it to a crush, to make it easier for his friends. because, yeah, everyone has crushes, crushes are innocent, right? right

but what would happen if instead of ‘I had a crush on someone’, will had said ‘I was in love with someone’ and then followed it by ‘he’? questions would be asked. uncomfortable ones. and while will has come to terms with mike possibly figuring him out, he doesn’t want to be pitied. saying he’s in love would expose a lot more emotional pain and torture than saying he has a crush already did.

First of all, stop being sad, damn it. I LOVED Will's coming out, and believe me, I haven't lost hope in Byler at all! On the contrary, I'm more excited than ever.

Those guys are going to be together in the end, listen to me, oh my god, you really can't just skip to the end without seeing how the story develops.

I have a lot to say, but the main thing is that Byler is more alive than ever. And I'm not just saying that wishfully, no. I'm saying it because, my god, it's so damn obvious.

I'm really excited and I can't contain myself, I'd like to pass my excitement on to all your disappointed and sad butts.

First of all, that coming out of the closet is not a satisfactory ending for Will, that has to be clear, because Will did that so as not to give Vecna the tools to get into his mind.

It was his way of being able to fight against Vecna, it was the way he found to not succumb to Vecna's manipulations (nor his own), it was the way his fears would no longer be used against him.

With that said, of course it was great to see that scene; it was emotional, and I personally LOVED it. But babies, there's still a 2-hour episode to go, and the finale is literally yet to come.

In other words, the satisfactory ending for Will literally has NOT happened.

Can I be any clearer? Don't you understand? We should be celebrating this!!! LOL, THEY LITERALLY JUST REFUTED THE FACT THAT WILL ACCEPTING HIMSELF IS THE HAPPY ENDING FOR HIM.

Let me put it this way. Okay, that's acceptable for now, but in this mission, people are likely to die (I really hope not, because I don't want Eleven to sacrifice herself).

So, if someone dies, if there's tragedy, if someone important to Will dies or something happens to them, that definitely will NOT be a satisfying ending for him.

Ultimately, the satisfying ending should come when the mission is over. It's not about 'hey, I don't like women' (3 Doritos later; tragedy).

It just doesn't add up, it's not logical. A satisfying ending literally means that Will will be happy.

Furthermore, as I said, this wasn't just about accepting himself in front of everyone; no, it was a way of becoming strong, and it was unilateral. It was Will's resolve to be able to fight.

Why do you all keep excluding Mike from the equation? Byler isn't just Will; Mike has been acting like a friend to everyone this entire season. That includes 'his girlfriend' with whom he definitely hasn't shared a romantic moment.

And in every single scene, Mike always brings up Will's name. That includes that scene where Eleven touches Mike's cheek and Mike says, 'that their story (Dustin, Lucas, him, and Ele)'It starts when they get Will back.... Dude, that was weird.

And then that scene where Will was going to come out to his mom? And then Mike walks in? And Will decides he's going to tell everyone he's gay. It wasn't about Mike, even if he just reduced it to 'his Tammy '. Did you see Mike's expressions? And how was he the last to react? First, in an instant, Joyce hugged him, then Jonathan, Lucas, Dustin, and...Mike.

And Mike seemed conflicted. I loved that, because Mike definitely has his own shit to deal with.

Mike was definitely thinking, for the first time in all 5 seasons, Mike was FINALLY thinking that that 'crush' could be him. Oh my god, I can't stress enough that this was all about Will, but Mike is definitely starting to connect the dots. And he hasn't had a chance to talk, to think, to focus.

The next part, the final chapter? It'll be Mike's. That kid has some issues to deal with. Also, Shawn Levy directed Mike and Will's scenes in chapters 7 and 8.

Please be patient and take my word for it. Byler is coming. And Mike is finally going to be conscious. (After getting his little sister back)
