Confession Wednesday: the last half of the summer I got way off track with gym and diet. Got too caught up in all the fun stuff going on and didn’t prioritize lifting the way I should. Wes and I both decided to make September about getting back on track. Back to early morning workouts, cleaned out all the crap food and back to meal prep and healthy eats, and staying sober to keep our minds and bodies focused on our goals.
