This is for sure one of my favorite meals. Pick up like 150g of the Blackened Chicken Salad at the Whole Foods deli, the grab a huge bowl and put every conceivable vegetation you can think of in it. I've used mixed organic greens from the farmers market, raw spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, sweet onion, campari tomatoes, asparagus, long English cucumber. Chop that all up well, then toss in the chicken salad and toss the HECK out of it. DO NOT ADD DRESSING. If you toss it well enough the chicken salad IS the dressing. High protein and almost ALL veg, HUGE meal, you'll feel full for SURE, and every bite is tasty AF. Try it. #fitnessfood #fitfood #musclefood #healthy #wholefoods #salad #fatlossfood
