"Me and Rhett got you so even if you do get scared up top, it'll be okay." Gwen was okay with heights. She didn't particularly like them, but she wasn't completely scared of them. Plus she could suck it up for one ride with both of her loves. "I think we should try to find our houses. How fun would that be? Maybe get a sundae after for being so brave?" She didn't want to dim her daughter's enthusiasm for trying new things now that Bea has hit another growth spurt.
"Thank you," she responds, soaking up the suggestions being given to her. Although, if she's honest, the thought of using a hairband to tie her jeans does make her want to burst into tears, but that could very well just be the hormones. Deep down, she'd like to think she's not actually that fragile. "I wonder if Louis Vuitton sells a diaper bag," she muses, "or, well, maybe I'm meant to give those things up? There's no rulebook." @gwen-moreno
"Oh, they might!" Gwen knew of their one large bag she's seen on instagram multiple times. That one could be big enough for everything needed, but she didn't know the exact name. "Plus there are some high end baby names too. You could always find something good with them too if you were looking to keep up with your current lifestyle."
"Just because you're becoming a mom doesn't mean you have to completely change everything about yourself. I like to think that I'm just letting someone else in and enjoy my life. So, if you can still keep up with the luxury then you'll just have a luxury mini me." She didn't want Eloise to feel like everything had to be different because the bare basics were all the same no matter which end was given. A baby just needed love.
"Do you have anyone else who is able to help out? I don't mean to impose, but another helping hand might be useful whenever it gets a little overwhelming. Of course, you can always come to me. I don't mind to help."

gwen: sadly the passage of time just keeps getting faster and faster gwen: bea is going into kindergarten this year in just a few months that feels crazy to even think about. gwen: even if you miss a few things there are still tons of memories to make gwen: plus i think that's how society gets us into having more babies - along with our brains forgetting everything.

The late morning lull had settled over the coffee shop, leaving Savannah with little to do besides wipe down already spotless counters and tinker with recipes she'd been scribbling into a notebook for weeks. "Okay, tell me if this tastes any good." Sav slid a small sample cup towards them, dark eyes glinting with a mix of excitement and amusement. "We're having a slow day, so I've been entertaining myself by playing mad scientist behind the espresso machine... again." A soft laugh escaped her as she gestured toward the notebook. "I am also accepting help with naming it. I was thinking Salted Honey Sunrise, but... it sounds like a scented candle, doesn't it?"
Gwen takes her opportunity of having an easy morning by stopping at Driftwood for her usual coffee, muffin, and corner seat. School is starting back up soon here in Aurora Bay and even though not much of her teachings or decorations change, she still wants to look through Pinterest for any inspiration.
She doesn't mind Savannah's interruption of her uninspiring doom scrolling through pins. In fact, she feels as if it's a sign to keep what she has. She puts her full attention on the barista. "Oh? Are you already prepping for the fall season or just trying out new things in general?" Gwen asks as she takes the cup.
She hums after the small sip, nodding along to the name idea. "I think coffees and candles intermix with names. You could do more whimsy like a Morning with Winnie the Pooh. Or maybe more modern of something like Salt and Honey."

Bridget had already declined the request for a photograph once, politely but firmly enough, though she suspected she was only seconds away from having to make herself clearer…
Then some poor other woman somehow got caught in the crossfire.
Fortunately for Bridget, the fan in question assumed Gwen to be a friend of hers, immediately apologising for interrupting them before making a hasty retreat — which Bridget quite happily played along with for her own convenience.

“Occupational hazard,” she answered drily before her attention settled fully on the brunette, not bothering to elaborate. “I suppose I owe you my thanks. Impeccable timing, I must say. She seemed to think the two of us were here together.” An amused breath escaped her. “Perhaps she mistook you for another actress,” the hint at her profession dropped under the guise of a casual remark. “You do have that look about you.”
Gwen stays quiet as she tries to figure out whatever status Bridget has that makes it easy for people to come up to her and ask for photos. She doesn't want to embarrass herself by not knowing. So, she lets Bridget do the talking which only helps for a moment. Her eyes light up at the title of actress - pieces falling to place of why this moment happened.
"Oh? Why, thank you. I don't think I'd do a very good job at acting." Gwen isn't good at being someone she's not. She's very much a true to herself kind of person. Which there is nothing wrong with actors - she just knows she couldn't be one. "Is it fun being an actress?" @bridgetbaxter

"I totally agree. We deserve it after conquering this ride." Syrena said with a small giggle as she looked up at the ride. She wasn't really one to get scared of rides, but they do always make her stomach feel weird. "And it's probably a good thing the funnel cake is coming after."
Gwen isn't much for rides, but with her past attempts at getting over her fears and trying new things - it makes sense to at least attempt it. She would rather have a few moments of discomfort if it allows her daughter to want to branch out and try new things.
