Today, i have a theory on who Icy's mother could be.

So, in season 8, we learn that the Trix are not biological sisters.

(Technically, they have the same ancestors, so they are cousins).

In the episode, we also learned that originally Icy was a blonde princess.

And more importantly, not a witch .

(She becomes a witch only at the end of the flash).

So,we know that Icy was originally a blonde ice fairy .

Who else is a blonde ice fairy?Aurora.

Don't forget that in universe,people inherit the kind of magic they have from their relatives.

Another e evidence i have is there ages.

Icy is around 20, and Aurora is around 40 years old.
