سمو الشيخ حمدان بن محمد : ترأّست الاجتماع الثاني لمجلس الدفاع لعام 2026، واستعرضنا عدداً من الملفات والبرامج المرتبطة بتطوير منظومة العمل الدفاعي، والجهود المبذولة لتعزيز الكفاءة والجاهزية بما يواكب التوجهات الاستراتيجية لوزارة الدفاع، ويسهم في دعم أمن الوطن وصون مكتسباته … بدعم وتوجيهات صاحب السمو رئيس الدولة نواصل الاستثمار في تطوير القدرات، وتسريع تبني الحلول المبتكرة، وتعزيز التكامل بين مختلف شركاء الوطن، لتبقى الإمارات دائماً في مقدمة المستعدين للمستقبل.

His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence, chaired second Defence Council Meeting of 2026. The meeting reviewed updates on key programmes to develop the defence system and enhance efficiency and readiness in line with the Ministry of Defence’s strategic direction.

Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed : I chaired the second Defence Council meeting of 2026, where we reviewed key initiatives to strengthen defence readiness, enhance efficiency, and support national security. With the guidance of His Highness the President of the UAE, we continue to invest in advanced capabilities, accelerate innovation, and strengthen national integration to ensure the UAE remains prepared for the future.

سمو الشيخ حمدان بن محمد ‏: قمت اليوم بزيارة لمركز دبي المالي العالمي، واطّلعت على أولوياته الاستراتيجية وتوجهاته المستقبلية في مجالي الابتكار والتكنولوجيا، وخطته ليصبح أول مركز مالي في العالم يعتمد كلياً على الذكاء الاصطناعي في عملياته، لخدمة أكثر من 8,800 شركة تتخذ من المركز مقراً لها. كما استعرضنا خلال اللقاء مع فريق العمل مستجدات مشروع التوسعة الجديدة "زعبيل ديستركت"، الذي يمثل محطة جديدة في مسيرة المركز نحو تعزيز مكانته العالمية وترسيخ مكانة دبي ضمن أكبر أربعة مراكز مالية في العالم وفقاً لأجندة دبي الاقتصادية D33 ... نجدد ثقتنا بفريق المركز، ورسالتي لهم بمواصلة العمل لنقدم من دبي نموذجاً رائداً يُعيد تعريف مستقبل المال والأعمال عالمياً، ويجعل من الابتكار والتكنولوجيا محركاً للنمو والفرص.

His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed : Today, I visited the Dubai International Financial Centre, home to over 8,800 active companies and reviewed its strategic priorities, including its goal to become the world’s first fully AI-Native financial centre. I also received an update on the Zabeel District expansion, a major step in strengthening DIFC’s global position and supporting Dubai’s target under the D33 Agenda to become one of the world’s top 4 financial centres. We have full confidence in the DIFC team's ability to build on its achievements, further strengthening Dubai's position as a global leader in finance, innovation and technology, and a dynamic hub for new growth opportunities.

سمو الشيخ حمدان بن محمد : اطلعت اليوم على تقرير نتائج أداء سلطة دبي للمناطق الاقتصادية المتكاملة "دييز"، التي تضم المنطقة الحرة بمطار دبي، وواحة دبي للسيليكون، ودبي كوميرسيتي. خلال العام الماضي، سجلت "دييز" أعلى أداء في تاريخها بوصول قيمة تجارتها غير النفطية إلى 491 مليار درهم، بنمو استثنائي بلغ 46% مقارنة بعام 2024، لترفع مساهمتها في تجارة دبي غير النفطية إلى 16% ... رؤية وتوجيهات صاحب السمو الشيخ محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم هي الأساس الذي تنطلق منه هذه الإنجازات النوعية والنتائج الاستثنائية التي تحققها مختلف القطاعات الحيوية في دبي، ونشيد بجهود فريق "دييز" بقيادة سمو الشيخ أحمد بن سعيد آل مكتوم، ونثق بقدرتهم على مواصلة تحقيق النمو المستدام، وتعزيز مكانة دبي كمحور رئيسي في حركة التجارة العالمية.

شهد سموّ الشيخ حمدان بن محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم، ولي عهد دبي، نائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء وزير الدفاع، اليوم (الخميس)، حفل تخريج الدورة الثالثة عشرة لكلية الدفاع الوطني، وذلك في مقر الكلية بأبوظبي.

وأكد سموه أن إعداد وتأهيل قيادات وطنية تمتلك الفكر الاستراتيجي والقدرة على استشراف المستقبل يجسد رؤية صاحب السمو الشيخ محمد بن زايد آل نهيان، رئيس الدولة، حفظه الله، في بناء قدرات وطنية مؤهلة وقادرة على صون مكتسبات الوطن وتعزيز أمنه واستقراره، كما يترجم نهج صاحب السمو الشيخ محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم، نائب رئيس الدولة رئيس مجلس الوزراء حاكم دبي، رعاه الله، في الاستثمار بالإنسان وتمكين الكفاءات الوطنية وإعدادها لقيادة المستقبل.

H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of Defence, today attended the graduation ceremony of the 13th cohort of the National Defence College in Abu Dhabi.

On this occasion, H.H. Sheikh Hamdan said that preparing national leaders with strategic thinking and future foresight reflects the visionary leadership of President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, in developing highly skilled national talent to safeguard the nation’s achievements and enhance its security and stability. It also reflects the approach of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, in investing in people, empowering national talent, and preparing them for future leadership.⁩

برعاية وحضور سمو الشيخ حمدان بن محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم، ولي عهد دبي، نائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء، وزير الدفاع رئيس المجلس التنفيذي لإمارة دبي، وتحت شعار "فخورين بكم لأنكم صنعتم الفرق"، احتفت وزارة الدفاع ممثلةً بمكتب سمو وزير الدفاع، بالشراكة الإستراتيجية مع كلية محمد بن راشد للإدارة الحكومية بتخريج الدفعة الثانية من «البرنامج التنفيذي قيادات المستقبل» والدفعة الأولى من «البرنامج التنفيذي تمكين القيادات الشابة» والتي شهدت تخريج 50 خريجاً، تزامناً مع الذكرى الخمسين لتوحيد القوات المسلحة، وذلك خلال حفل رسمي بحضور عدد من كبار الشخصيات والمسؤولين والقيادات من الجهتين.

حمدان بن محمد : شهدت حفل تخريج 50 منتسباً من وزارة الدفاع من البرنامجين التنفيذيين "قيادات المستقبل" و"تمكين القيادات الشابة"، وتم تنفيذهما بالشراكة مع كلية محمد بن راشد للإدارة الحكومية ... نعتز بهذه المبادرات والبرامج المعرفية التي تسهم في إعداد الكوادر الوطنية وتمكين القيادات الشابة لمواصلة مسيرة التميز والريادة الإماراتية.

Under the patronage and in the presence of H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defence, and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, the Ministry of Defence, represented by the Office of the Minister of Defence, celebrated its strategic partnership with the Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government with the graduation of the second cohort of the Future Leaders Executive Programme and the first cohort of the Young Leaders Empowerment Executive Programme. A total of 50 participants graduated from the programmes, marking the 50th anniversary of the unification of the UAE Armed Forces.

Hamdan bin Mohammed : I attended the graduation ceremony of 50 Ministry of Defence personnel who completed the Future Leaders Executive Programme and the Young Leaders Empowerment Executive Programme, delivered in partnership with the Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government. We take pride in initiatives and knowledge-based programmes that contribute to preparing national talent and empowering young leaders to continue the UAE’s journey of excellence and leadership.

زار سمو الشيخ حمدان بن محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم، ولي عهد دبي نائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء وزير الدفاع رئيس المجلس التنفيذي لإمارة دبي، ‏دائرة الاقتصاد والسياحة في دبي ويتفقد سير العمل، ويطّلع على خططها لتسريع وتيرة النمو الاقتصادي. ووجّه سموه بمواصلة اتخاذ الخطوات اللازمة لتعزيز مرونة الاقتصاد في دبي ودفع عجلة نموه، مؤكداً أهمية التعاون مع الشركاء في القطاعين العام والخاص لترسيخ مكانة الإمارة كمركز عالمي رائد للتجارة والسياحة والاستثمار.

Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence, and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, visited Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism, where he was briefed on the department’s plans to further accelerate the pace of economic growth in the emirate. His Highness directed officials to continue to take steps to reinforce the emirate’s economic resilience and sustain its growth momentum. He also highlighted the importance of the department’s collaborative efforts with partners across the public and private sectors to support Dubai’s position as a leading global hub for trade, tourism and investment.

Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed: We remain committed to supporting the economy and tourism sector through practical measures, enhanced facilitation, and innovative solutions that strengthen Dubai’s future readiness and ability to adapt to change. حضر سموّ الشيخ حمدان بن محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم، ولي عهد دبي نائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء وزير الدفاع رئيس المجلس التنفيذي لإمارة دبي، حفل الاستقبال الذي أقامته عائلة المرحوم محمد بن خلفان بن خرباش في مجلس أم سقيم بدبي، بمناسبة زفاف نجله أحمد على كريمة حسين بن عبدالله الشعفار.

⁨ أدى سموّ الشيخ حمدان بن محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم، ولي عهد دبي، نائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء وزير الدفاع، رئيس المجلس التنفيذي لإمارة دبي، صباح اليوم، صلاة عيد الأضحى المبارك في مسجد زعبيل الكبير بدبي. وأدى الصلاة إلى جانب سموّه عدد من الشيوخ والأعيان وكبار المسؤولين في دبي، وجمع من المصلين من المواطنين والمقيمين.

His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence, and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, performed prayer at Zabeel Grand Mosque in Dubai, along with several Sheikhs, officials, citizens and residents.

His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed: On the Day of Arafah, the deepest meanings of mercy and divine generosity shine through. It is a day when the hearts of believers unite in prayer, turning to the Most Generous, the Most Forgiving, the Most Merciful. May Allah accept the Hajj of the pilgrims of His Sacred House, and accept from all of us our righteous deeds.
