karmas outline can be considered somewhat of a sausage casing, he is slime in a thin skin and easily popped. the horns are part of the casing, and not part of the slime. the yellow parts can be seen as colors of the "casing" on his outside.
judas has karma inside of him in that tank, but it can be filled with various other substances of any color. karma just happens to be the default, when he isn't in his own body. karma can influence judas if judas allows it, but overall karma has no control over judas like this. he's just hanging out.
sidney isn't a stuffed animal but a large sentient fursuit. she is literally the suit and nothing inside of it. if you cut open hys suit you would find that hys body is full of karma. they aren't the same person, sidney just happens to quite literally be a sentient fursuit, and karmas just hanging out inside hym like he does judas. karma has an easier time controlling sidneys body due to the fact that sidney has no structure and is a fursuit, and often she doesn't realize its happening.

sometimes i have strong opinions but they're also so inane that halfway through writing a post i'll be like "yeah, this is Absolutely not worth the energy it's taking" and delete everything. but then the opinion is still in my head. and i still want to share it. so within five minutes i go "you know, i bet i can phrase it more succinctly this time" and anyway. you all see where this is going. sometimes i do this four times in a row before i give up on the specific inane opinion and instead write a vague post about the concept of opinions as if that'll satisfy the urge to post the entirety of my inner monologue online. may or may not be relevant to what you're reading right now. and now all our lives have been enriched. you're welcome
