Like for example, one is wearing black and the other white (traditional for a bride and groom). I’m not taking credit for this discovery but the mithril also resembles a wedding veil. That and thorin gifting bilbo the mithril is insane on its own considering the fact that Thorin was under dragon sickness when he gifted the mithril to bilbo and it being extremely rare at that time.

Lastly, he gifted the garment to bilbo of all people instead of his actual kin. I know there’s canonically multiple non-gay reasons for this and the fact that bilbo’s just that guy but this is so interesting from a different perspective.

Venomknight? Steddie? The possibilities are endless really.

I understand that it’s technically not a crossover ship due to both characters belonging to Marvel but since they’re in separate universes and very unlikely to interact on screen, I will call it that. Since I’ve been hyperfixated on them for a while now, I will make it everyone else’s problem.

One thing I love about this ship is the fact that both Eddie and Steven share a body with another individual so they’d understand each other which has SO much potential. It also helps that they’re both awkward and disastrous at times. Lastly, for my multishippers and poly shippers, there’s a LOT of potential with throwing Marc, Jake and Venom into the mix.

If this ship has zero supporters then I am deceased.

Really random and goofy idea but PLEASE hear me out. Adam Raki and Luke are twin brothers in this universe I’ve made up. Adam either visits or moves in with Luke after his breakup with Beth. It’s there that he meets Rebecca and the two of them get along, etc etc. For whatever reason, the two of them go out somewhere, Adam sees Nigel and develops a crush on him, Rebecca thinks it’s adorable and tries to set Adam up with Nigel. For comedic purposes, Luke could be wary of Nigel considering how Nigel is and because he could be a protective brother, meanwhile his girlfriend is into the whole bad boy persona.

It also helps that both movies came out in 2009 and both take place in New York.
