It makes you wonder the possibilities if Greyman did not walk into the Donut shop...
The original team in POINT would still be together.
POINT would still be the top hero organization of the region and still retain their original members (But rather than a militiaman organization, it would probably be similar like the justice league).
With Carol being pregnant, Laserblast and Carol would still be in a relationship (and may eventually be married).
Carol would gently turn down Eugene/Elbow’s confession (if Eugene confesses), but they would still remain close friends.
POINT Academy might not exist. Instead, they might slowly recruit more junior members or apprentices for them to pass the torch at they would eventually retire.
Lake Plaza Turbo would not exist. (Mr. Gar/Elbow is still in POINT and might not have a reason to build the Plaza ).
Enid and Elodie would never fought (they would remain very close but with different paths) although I would see Enid possibly be interested in being an apprentice to one of the point members (since she would still want to be a hero). Elodie’s might decide to be an idol instead (her influence to be a hero was solely due to Chip Damage)
Rad would probably be similar to the before his job at the Plaza.
Boxman would be a ‘competent’ villain (or maybe the biggest villain).
Boxman would follow his original plan as well as his business model laid out (he would not be distracted).
Logic would still work for Boxman as an adviser and manager/2nd-in-command of boxmore.
The other robots (Shannon, Darrell, Raymond) may not exist (or if they do, they may have different personalities/roles that would contribute more to the business side of villainy).
KO’s Family dynamic would be different.
KO would spend most of his time in the POINT HQ (the whole team would love him and possibly spoil him) and his family would live in the city that POINT resides in.
KO still aspires to be a hero (cause both of his parents are) but might face insecurities and pressure from his parent’s legacies .
As the son of two well known heroes, a lot of people (the public) would give him a different treatment of what he is rather than who he is: respect and recognition as well as future expectations and pressure.
Laserblast would continue his research on glorbs discreetly (He probably would put the research on hold or slowed down for at least a few years during KO’s birth, having this temporary contentment as a family man, but he might continue where he left off at some point when KO has first signs of showing his ‘turbo power’).
At that point (if that happens), their family relationship becomes a bit more strained with Laserblast picking up the research again (Him saying he’s on a secret mission and such).
Aside from his family and friends in POINT, KO might still feel lonely since he might feel like the kids at his age are only interested due to his relation with the hero team.
TKO might be formed as a result of that loneliness.
Other things to point out:
Fink would live a completely different life, either found by someone else (or lived by herself in the streets)
Dendy and KO’s friendship as well as the friendship with KO, Rad, and Enid would be completely different. They could be friends, but not as close as canon.
A different power balance between the heroes and the villains. Villains might be more confrontational with the heroes similarly to how it was before the Sandwich incident.
I also have other AUs ideas like where Laserblast crawled out of the pipe right at the moment Silversparks and Elbow finds him, but that leaves much more angsty ideas.
