My stepbrother visited a week and a half ago and while we were talking, he was raving about this book series he was reading that he loved but he had no one to talk to about it bc no one else has read it
And I've heard about the series a few times over the past few weeks and I knew people liked it, so I was like, sure why not, I'll give it a shot
It's the Dungeon Crawler Carl book series
If you have not read this book, it has Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy humor and a similar beginning/premise to it, but there are also some elements of the Hunger Games thrown in
I just finished the first audiobook and I would highly recommend listening to it if you can. The book itself is good but I feel like the audio version does elevate certain aspects of it, most notably the parts with the AI speaking
