With no second thoughts,
I let myself in.
Decided to climb to the top,
and wait for years
With my feet nearly swollen,
I still persisted to go.
Nothing was there, nothing yet,
But, I ain't backing out, no.
In the midst of confusing silence you arrived,
looking sweaty and tired.
You've got a piece of sweetness,
and your presence was like a fire.
You've blown away the coldness
and made that moment timelss.
And the stories of you bravery you were telling
I was glad to have witnessed.
I saw your eyes staring at mine
and there was nothing I can do but smile.
That time I've spent was surely worthwhile,
Cause you're someone worth reaching, even for a million miles.
