Persona: How does their day-to-day personality compare to their on-stage persona?

Luke is undiagnosed autistic, and constantly masking. As a result the persona he puts forward in interviews is just a bit more polite and slightly less sarcastic than the version his friends get. The most authentic Luke ever acts is on stage. He always gets anxious before preforming, but for a few glorious minutes while he preforms it all fades away and the only thing that matters in the world is his music.

Robin's public persona, Phoenix, is very similar to the person they were before their break up with Seven. Bubbly, playful, flirtatious. Robin has become a harsher version of themself. Still outgoing and friendly, but not as bright. They don't laugh as often for as long. They drink a lot.

On stage Ness bares it all. They wear their heart on their on their sleeve. Once they step off they get almost generically nice. Ness is friendly, professional, and not much else. In her personal life she's known for being much more emotional than she'd ever let herself be in public. Also a lot more fun, Ness is silly and playful, which they struggle to show publicly.

Fans: How is their relationship with their fans? Do they go out of their way to interact? 

Botb has already started transforming Luke's relationship with his fans. He used to be known for being active on social media, including liking comments from fans or sending the occasional short reply. He's taken a big step back from social media since the show thrust his entire life into the spotlight. He tries to be nice to his fans still, because he genuinely appreciates them, but he puts himself first. It's hard not to grow resentful of the fans who feel entitled to him, especially at the expense of his own wellbeing.

Robin lives for attention. They love interacting with fans, at botb events or out in the world.

Ness has always made a point of being nice for fans. That's a lot harder now that their band has blown up. Ness is going to need to learn how to balance their own needs with the demands of their fans very soon.
