I said yesterday I was going to make spaghetti and muffins tonight, but after seeing the scale back at 120 today post coffee, I really want to see it down tomorrow again too, and it won't be if I make both of those things.

I have to make the muffins tonight because I went to the expensive store to get ingredients last night so that I'd be able to make them tonight, vs waiting until friday when I could go to the regular store
