It's time for the people everywhere, in the US and globally, to come together, build strong communities, and move beyond the partisan divides that keep us divided and powerless. This chaos and fighting with each other only benefits those already in power.

Ten years ago so I almost didn’t post them but this was the extraordinary morning when the countryside was coated in frozen fog like hoarfrost. It was like walking through a fairyland right in the same places I’d seen hundreds or thousands of times. Ethereally beautiful as the sun came up and painted the ridge rose pink and geese flew in a line in front of it while wild turkeys were barely visible on a distant hill. I had a lousy camera but it captured a little of the wonder.
