Burnout is *rough* and unfortunately, it happens to pretty much everyone. I’m really grateful for the boundaries that I’ve set since I started feeling this way last summer. Make sure you’re taking care of yourself, otherwise your brain is gonna feel kinda like a fried egg. 🧠🍳🚨 All of my art prints are sent out by me in a rigid flat folder to keep them super safe until they reach you. ✨

My brain works in lots of tabs, so this is often kinda what my silly little anxiety can feel like visually 🗂😖🚨 Anyways, grateful to be in therapy & on anti-anxiety meds to help me manage it better/easier.✨🗃
