(New) Introduction Post!
The Gothic Travel Guide is a project based in Lawrence, Kansas. My name is Emma, and I run the tumblr. My partner, Jo, and my close friend Arliegh, contribute photography. If either of them ever hops on, they'll put their name in the tags.
We are currently working on a travel guide of Kansas. We hope to have a physical book published in about 2 years. At this time, this is an entirely self-funded project, and we all work full time jobs, so this soft deadline is subject to change.
We plan to spend the next few years exploring gothic places in Kansas. If successful, we will expand to the surrounding states. You can also expect to see content from other places we visit. Hopefully, we can expand and create a travel guide for other states as well.
If you have any recommendations for strange and unusual places in Kansas, please message, comment, tag us, etc. We'd love to hear from you!
