Clutching my vintage lunchbox tight, I kept my head down as I crossed the sunny courtyard, but my thoughts were already blocks away, completely anchored on the front of the classroom. I had chosen these vibrant rainbow stockings today to give myself a little burst of confidence, because deep down, I knew today had to be the day I finally made my move.

When the morning bell finally rang, my heart skipped an absolute beat. Walking up to her desk while the classroom was empty, my palms were cold, and I could feel a heavy, nervous flutter deep in my belly. There is a profound difference between a simple photoshoot and a shared, uninhibited ritual. For my latest feature, Dirt and Devotion, I wanted to explore the absolute limits of physical texture, raw environments, and the intoxicating reality of true, unconditional adoration between Tiffany and me.

It started out in the raw, heavy elements of a dark earth field. Sitting directly in the soil in my plaid school uniform, I let the dry dirt cake itself directly into the knit fabric of my white thigh-high stockings. There is a strange, breathtaking thrill in watching something pristine get utterly ruined by nature. The coarse earth worked its way deep into the soles of my feet, shredding the thin nylons into frayed, jagged tatters until my bare skin peeked through the muddy tears.

The real tension built when we brought that outdoor filth into the sterile, white porcelain sanctuary of our bathroom. Standing by the tub, watching thick clumps of wet mud slowly slide down my legs and pool onto the clean marble tiles, felt like a sacred pause. But washing it off was just the prelude to the ultimate act of surrender. After slipping into clean clothes, the bathtub remained filled with opaque, deep-set, muddy sediment. Holding my discarded, heavily soiled and torn tube stocking directly against her cheek and nose, she closed her eyes to fully inhale the rich, musky warmth trapped inside the ribbed cotton fibers. Watching her gently press the tattered, earth-stained fabric to her skin to appreciate my history is the highest form of worship imaginable. True luxury isn’t something you buy; it’s the willingness to immerse yourself entirely in your partner's aftermath.

Some people spend their school days trying to stay out of detention. I apparently spent mine trying to earn a permanent seat.

It all started when I made the completely reasonable decision to drizzle myself in chocolate and announce that Mother Superior should eat me. Looking back... maybe that wasn't my finest moment.

Or maybe it was.

Next thing I knew I was standing in front of the chalkboard, trying my hardest to look innocent while Sister Tiffany stood there with that ruler and the kind of smile that tells you she's already decided your punishment.

The funny part?

I don't think I minded detention nearly as much as I was supposed to. By the end of the day, chocolate was everywhere, the classroom was a disaster, and somehow I managed to discover that even the strictest lessons can come with a little admiration... and maybe even a little love. Of course, Sister Tiffany insists the official lesson was about discipline.

I'm still convinced it was about devotion.

Apparently, I have a new hobby.

It started innocently enough. Somebody gave me a box of popsicle sticks and suggested I make something creative. You know, maybe a little house. A picture frame. Something cute.

So naturally, I made a coffin.

Once you've built your first tiny wooden coffin, though, it's difficult to stop. Suddenly I'm buying glue by the bottle, finding popsicle sticks in places I definitely don't remember putting them, and wondering whether a handcrafted spirit board technically counts as home décor. For the record, Tiffany says it does not.

Then came the haunted house. I may have gotten slightly carried away with that one. But if you're going to spend hours gluing tiny pieces of wood together, you might as well build somewhere you'd actually want to live. Give me Gothic windows, creepy towers and something mysterious glowing upstairs. That's curb appeal.

I've learned something important from all of this: crafting is incredibly relaxing right up until you glue yourself to the furniture. And yes, before anyone asks, I still have plenty of popsicle sticks left.

There are two kinds of people in this world: people who own cats, and people who understand that the cats actually own them. Tiffany and I learned this a long time ago.

You start innocently enough. You buy them a little bed. Then a scratching post. Then a cat tree. Then another cat tree because apparently the first one doesn't have the correct view of the living room. Before you know it, you're sitting on the floor because every comfortable piece of furniture in your house has been claimed by something weighing eleven pounds.

And somewhere along the way, you start picking up their habits.

Tiffany has developed an alarming appreciation for sunny windows. I've caught myself staring at absolutely nothing in the corner of a room. We've both discovered that knocking something off a table can be surprisingly satisfying.

I'm still refusing to eat dinner out of a little ceramic bowl with my name painted on it. Tiffany says I'm being difficult.

As for hairballs? I have one piece of professional advice: Keep your kitty trimmed. I'll let you decide exactly how you'd like to interpret that.

Now you'll have to excuse me. Tiffany found the catnip again, and judging by the noises coming from the living room, I should probably go supervise.

Most people beat the summer heat with a standard fan or a cold drink.

But if you know me at all, you know I’ve never been particularly fond of doing things the "standard" way. When the temperature spikes, I look for ways to turn the weather into a complete, full-body sensory experience.

My latest magazine feature, COLD FEET, is a personal peek into exactly how I like to play when the kitchen gets a little too warm.

It always starts with a tease. For the cover, I decided to swap out my usual style for a white crop top and denim shorts, kicking my black combat boots completely off to the side. Then came the real fun: letting rich, thick soft-serve ice cream melt right down my skin. Feeling that heavy, cold sweetness slowly lose its shape, sliding past my ankles, and squishing heavily under my bare feet? Absolute heaven. Leaning into a massive, melting floor mess like that is a tactile rush I think everyone should try at least once.

But the true climax of the shoot happened when we transitioned from sticky to sub-zero.

I filled a heavy glass bowl with crushed ice and freezing water, sitting on the counter peninsula while my bare feet sank into the deep freeze. The immediate, breathless shock of stepping out of sticky ice cream and straight into a sub-zero soak is intoxicating. I loved watching the ice cubes splay naturally between my bare toes, feeling the temperature change take over my entire body until I was shivering in the best way possible.

And then, my gorgeous blonde wife, Tiffany, stepped into the frame.

We talk a lot about luxury in the fashion world, but to me, true luxury isn't something you buy—it’s how someone makes you feel. Tiffany walked over, looked me dead in the eyes, and picked up that glass bowl. Right there on the kitchen floor, she slowly drank the very water I had just finished soaking my bare feet in. Watching her willingly surrender to that cold, used water as an act of absolute, unadulterated adoration? It drove me completely wild. That is the taste of true devotion.
