At the start of February I was 292.1 lbs. This morning I stepped on the scale at 302, and it is showing. Here are the exact month to month changes:
Standing inches
Arms: 18 to 18.5
Chest: 50.5 to 51
Belly: 53.5 to 54
Waist: 48.5 to 49
Thigh: 33 to 33
Calf: 18.5 to 18.5
Sitting inches
Chest: 52.5 to 53
Belly: 58 to 58.5
Thigh: 33.5 to 34
Most of me is up half an inch. The weight is settling in and I can feel it everywhere. My belly hangs lower and heavier. My thighs press tighter together when I walk. When I sit, everything spreads wide and soft across my lap. My arse feels thicker, deeper, properly jiggly when I move. So much of me feels fuller in my hands 🥵
Being back over 300 feels so good. I feel heavier in my skin. Softer. More solid. My highest was 315 and I am only 13 pounds away, close enough that I can almost feel how much bigger I am going to look when I get there 😈
