I genuinely feel like I'm in some sort of rehab. Like, slowly going through the motions of living at a normal pace and having healthy thoughts about future plans and other areas of my life that aren't studying exams grades stress. It feels weird, and I feel kinda weak? Like physically weak and mentally exhausted in a way. It's all fucked up. It'll be ok.
